Fans of the all-girl Japanese rock band SCANDAL should be thrilled to learn that the group will be hitting the states coming up. 

The first stop is at Chicago’s Anime Central event on May 15 (Friday).  It is free for all badge-holding convention attendees.

The second and third are in southern California a week afterwards.  The House of Blues Sunset Strip in Los Angeles plays host on May 22 (Friday) and the House of Blues Anaheim  following on May 23 (Saturday).  California congoers will recognize that these two dates fall squarely during Fanime.  It would have made sense to have one date be in Northern California to a guaranteed audience and the other in the greater Los Angeles area but that does not seem to be the case.
