Manga Entertainment Confirms Expired Anime Licenses
Wednesday, February 1st, 2006According to an update at Anime News Network, Manga Entertainment confirmed to them that several of their licenses have expired. Including the two Patlabor movies we already knew about that went to Bandai Visual USA, they list The Guyver (OAV), Fist of the North Star (TV), New Dominion Tank Police, Red Hawk, Dark Myth, Black Magic M-66, Wings of Honneamise, and Gunbuster as all expired (meaning it’s not theirs anymore, there’s a good possibility some other company will now snap up the licenses to these anime).
