The Right Stuf’s affiliate program has been around since this site was created… the program will finally shut down on May 1, 2015 detailed in an email by Right Stuf president Shawne Kleckner. Honestly, I am surprised that the program has lasted this long. Mr. Kleckner also mentions that, Right Stuf hopes to bring the program back in some form in the future. Don’t hold your breath folks.

Right Stuf, Inc. is excited to announce an exclusive distribution deal with Japanese anime producer and distributor PONY CANYON INC. This new agreement will see high-end, collector-grade Blu-ray, DVD, and merchandise items from Pony Canyon distributed in the United States and Canada for the first time by Right Stuf. Pony Canyon has plans to release exclusive sets of new and catalog programming monthly. The first of these series sets are slated for release on April 10. (more…)
VIZ Media expands its publishing roster as it announces the acquisition of the supernatural action manga (graphic novel) series, TWIN STAR EXORCISTS. Created by Yoshiaki Sukeno, TWIN STAR EXORCISTS is set to launch in the Summer of 2015 and will be published in print and offered digitally under the company’s Shonen Jump imprint. TWIN STAR EXORCISTS is rated ‘T’ for Teens. The series, which has released 3 volumes to-date, is ongoing in Japan. (more…)

Anime producer and distributor Right Stuf, Inc. is excited to announce a new expanded distribution deal with Sunrise Inc. to release the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise in North America.
The Mobile Suit Gundam franchise is a space opera anime that redefined the mecha genre. The original Mobile Suit Gundam series focused on using giant combat robots as a tool to win a war. This plot line structure strongly influenced future mecha series in the anime industry. (more…)

Just received news that Hatsune Miku will be available to obtain in the new update for Brave Frontier. Also Luka will be a free toon for NYCC attendees to obtain with code from the Brave Frontier booth #542.
Today begins the New York Comic Con. I’ll be attending the event and try to cover it as best as I can, but for those who can’t make it. NYCC has provided live streams of the events, which will be available once the event starts.
